“Everyone needs a Doula Trish… Trish was my doula for my second birth and I am 99% confident that I would not have had the birth outcome I had without her. Even with my very present husband, Trish offered the support to both of us that we needed in those 20 LONG hours. She was so attentive and her calming energy really helped me progress (even when the presence of my provider did not.) If you have a goal in mind for your labor, do NOT hesitate to add Trish to your team. She will listen to you and help you get to where you want to go. ”

When my husband and I first interviewed Trisha, we didn't even know what a doula was. Little did we know that not only would we be getting a doula, but every other type of support we were looking for as well. Trisha can literally do it all! Her hands on approach to helping us dig through our emotional and physical clutter simultaneously has exceeded our expectations.
I was absolutely terrified for several reasons to move back to Cincy just 13 short months after birthing my micropreemie in Denver, CO. I knew the grandparent support would be be minimal, but I didn't realize how minimal until we actually got here and I became a stay at home mom.
Trisha has smoothed all the edges of the messy transition and I often tell her I prefer her over any postpartum therapist because she physically does the work with you or for you. Either way! You'll get to see the tangible results immediately because she lets you define her role according to your family’s unique & complex needs. She understands that every family is different and that there is no one size fits all approach to the postpartum journey and recovery.

“I would describe my experience with Trish in two words that seem like opposites: calming and productive. Her presence instantly relaxed me—not just because I knew I had an extra set of hands (and an extremely experienced set at that), but because she just has that kind of presence.
She was able to accomplish so much in such a short amount of time—laundry, dishes, meal prep, and more—so I never felt like there was a huge to-do list waiting for me every day.
Trish is incredibly proactive. I know it’s not the same, but when family comes to help, they mostly just hold my baby or watch me hold my baby. When I needed time to shower or be alone, Trish not only cared for my baby, but also jumped in to help with things around the house without needing to be asked.
Having postpartum support after my husband went back to work at two weeks was the only reason I was able to stay sane. I was also able to fully process everything that happened during my birth. Because of that, I enjoyed the time with my baby more and had a much longer fuse for her fussy phases.
The energy Trish brought into our home was relaxed, capable, and completely judgment-free.
I wish I had known about her sooner!
Trish is an expert at helping you care for both yourself and your baby. She goes above and beyond when she’s in your home, making sure you feel supported, rested, and truly cared for. Everyone else might come over to hold the baby, but not many people take care of you. And Trish gives incredible hugs.
Mamas, forget about a push present. This is it.”
