Feel Sacred and Supported

NOT

Broken and Forgotten

Mothering Mama so she can mother her baby.

I know mama!
This season can feel like a beautiful blur and a total shit show, sometimes at the same time.
One minute you’re soaking in that newborn smell, and the next you’re crying in the laundry room wondering how you’re going to make it.

That’s where I come in.

I show up with food, hands, heart, and presence.
I’ll rock the baby so you can shower.
Tidy the kitchen while you nap.
Sit beside you and ask the kind of questions that help you make sense of it all…the birth, the identity shifts, the whole new you.

This isn’t about checking off tasks, though there will be some of that too.
It’s about making sure you feel held so you can keep showing up for the tiny human who needs you fully.

Because you deserve to feel cared for, seen, and honored in this sacred window of time.
Not broken. Not forgotten. Not expected to do it all.

I see the mess. I see the magic.
And I hold space for both.

Each visit is intuitively tailored to you

Before we begin, we’ll schedule a free prep call to talk through what you're needing most. From there, we’ll co-create a care plan that supports you fully…body, mind, and soul.

I come with a plan, but I don’t come rigid. At the start of each visit, I’ll check in and tune into what’s most needed in that moment because what feels supportive can shift from day to day.

I’m there to meet you right where you are.

“Relaxed. Capable. Judgement-free. Everyone will take care of the baby, but Trish takes care of YOU. Forget the push present. This is it.”

Alex L.

"She lets you define her role based on your family’s unique and complex needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all with Trisha, just deep understanding and real, practical care."

Sarah P.

“Trish brings such a calm and grounding presence.”

Abby M.

Not sure what you need yet?

That’s okay. We can talk through it.

Sometimes the first step is just letting someone else hold a little bit of the load.

I’d be honored to walk with you in whatever capacity that turns out to be.
