The First Bleed Ceremony is a rite of passage that honors a young girl’s sacred shift into womanhood. With song, story, sisterhood, and ritual, we celebrate her body, her cycle, and her power. This ceremony is tailored to reflect your family’s values and her unique spirit offering a beautiful and empowering welcome into the next phase of her life. A powerful antidote to the shame and silence so many of us grew up with.
Mommy & Me Circles
A sacred space for mamas and their littles to ground, regulate, and grow together. Through rhythm, ritual, and play, we explore nervous system tools, seasonal crafts, and simple ceremony you can carry into daily life.
