What Is It? 

Rooted in nature: Stories, crafts, and gentle nervous system support for every womb.

Crafts & ceremony: Simple seasonal projects and little rituals you can take home.

Who Is This Circle For?

For mothers, daughters, and grandmothers of all ages—including mother-figures, aunties, and bonus moms.
Babes-in-arms are welcome. Bring the sisterhood you already have and let’s widen the circle. 💫

It’s a whole vibe ✨

If you’ve been to our Sacred Womb Space, this circle will be very similar energy, adapted for mothers, daughters, and grandmothers. We focus on nervous system regulation (breath, gentle movement, co-regulation) and creation as ritual—simple nature-based projects that carry meaning home with you (think intention bracelets, leaf prints, blessing stones, tiny altar pieces). It’s less “craft time” and more connection with ourselves and each other.

Everything is choice here. Participate as much as you feel called. Walk the land quietly together instead. You choose your experience. There’s typically tears and giggles sprinkled into the day. We go slow and follow the group’s pace.

  • No this is multigenerational by design. We hold a safe space for all ages.

  • Yes, just let us know in your registration form how many girls/women are coming with you
    so I can prep materials accordingly.

  • Yes, this is meant to be a uniting experience for you and your daughter
    as well as the sisterhood as a whole.

  • No big deal. Open your confirmation email and cancel your spot. We do not issue refunds,
    but you can apply your payment to another circle within the next 4 months.

My Why

I started Moon & Bloom because I wanted to give my girls what I didn’t have growing up, a consistent and safe space where women and girls could be together, breathe, create, and feel safe in our bodies.
