This class was made for the partners who want to show up fully in labor—but feel unsure of what to do. We’ll cover the stages of labor, what she’ll be feeling/doing and how you can support her through it. You’ll walk away knowing how to stay grounded, what’s actually helpful during contractions, and how to be the kind of support that changes the birth story for the better.
