Hey there, mama! Congrats on your new baby—what an exciting time! I’m Trisha Phillips, your Northern Kentucky Birth Keeper. As a homeschooling mama of 7, nature lover, and advocate for holistic birth, I bring deep experience, intuition, and spirit-centered support to families.

My own journey—from cesareans to home birth to free birth—lit a fire in me to help women trust their instincts and birth with confidence. I’m honored to walk with you through this sacred chapter.
